Question will be resolved using the IMF's World Economic Outlook database, which releases reports in April and October (IMF). The relevant indicators are the percent change in GDP using constant prices and the percent change in inflation using average consumer prices. The April 2016 data can be seen here. Question will be suspended on 31 December 2016 and will close when the April 2017 report is released.
