NOTE 13 April 2023: We are aware of the changes to Twitter's corporate status, that it was merged with a new, Nevada-incorporated firm called "X Corp." (NV Business ID NV20232715940) with the parent company "X Holdings Corp." (NV Business ID NV20232715924), also a Nevada-incorporated firm. A bankruptcy filing for whatever entity is the corporate successor in interest to Twitter, Inc., or its parent company would close this question "Yes."
The question closed "No" with a closing date of 2 December 2023.
