As the world moves away from hydrocarbons, nuclear energy production is growing around the world amid supply struggles for uranium (Economist, Yahoo, Carbon Credits). The question will be suspended on 15 September 2024 and the outcome determined using price data (USD/Lbs) as reported by Trading Economics (Trading Economics, select "1Y" on the lower left of the chart). On 1 January 2024, the price per pound was USD 91.00.
