Zillow, a real estate technology firm, regularly reports changes in the rental markets of various large cities in the US (Zillow). The question will be suspended on 15 August 2024 and the outcome determined using Market Summary data as reported by Zillow's Rental Manager once the data are first updated for 16 August 2024 or thereafter (Zillow Rental Manager - Chicago, IL). The figure under "Median Rent" in the "Market Summary" at the top will be used, irrespective of what may be shown on the other charts on the page.
