Will the percentage of global central bank allocated currency reserves in US dollars in the first quarter of 2025 be higher than it was in the first quarter of 2024?

Various political and economic factors have observers speculating over the future of US dollar dominance in global finance (MSN [The Telegraph}, Yahoo [Business Insider]). The question will be suspended on 31 March 2025 and the outcome determined using "World Currency Composition of Official Foreign Exchange Reserves" data for the first quarters of 2025 and 2024 as reported by the IMF when data for 2025 are first released, expected in June 2025 (IMF). As of the launch of this question, the IMF reported that 58.41% of allocated reserve were in US dollars in the fourth quarter of 2023.
