The outcome will be determined using "NFL Player Passing Stats" data as reported by ESPN for the 2024 Regular Season (ESPN, click "Offense," then "Passing," then check the "TD" column). The team for whom Rodgers may be playing in the regular season is immaterial to the resolution. The question will close early if Rodgers, for whatever reason, will not be able to play another game in the regular season.
