The NASDAQ Composite Index is a market capitalization-weighted index of stocks listed on the tech-heavy NASDAQ Stock Exchange (Investopedia). The question will be suspended on 30 December 2024 and the outcome determined using data from NASDAQ as reported by the Federal Reserve Economic Data (FRED) database (FRED). On 26 August 2024, the closing value was 17,725.76.
