The SEC, now with 16 teams, dispensed with setting divisions for the 2024 college football season (Sports Illustrated). The outcome will be determined using the standings and results as reported by the SEC (SEC - Standings). The SEC Championship game is scheduled for 7 December 2024 in Atlanta, Georgia (SEC).
