When will Turkey reopen its embassy in Damascus, Syria?

With the Assad regime deposed in Syria, Turkey's foreign minister has stated that it will "wait for the conditions to be right" to reopen its embassy in the country (Al Arabiya, Turkish Ministry of Foreign Affairs). The question will close upon the actual reopening of the embassy, not merely an announced plan for reopening. The reopening of the embassy need not be in the previous embassy building, but it must be located in Damascus or the Damascus Countryside Governorate to count. A reopening with limited services will count so long as Turkish diplomatic personnel are present.
