Started Mar 21, 2025 05:00PM
Closing May 18, 2025 07:01AM (in 2 months)

Romania's 2024 presidential election was canceled by the country's constitutional court and ultimately rescheduled for May 2025 (BBC, Politico, Romania Insider). The first round of Romania's next presidential election is scheduled for 4 May 2025, with a runoff scheduled for 18 May 2025, if needed (Al Jazeera). If there is any ambiguity as to the outcome, the question will close upon officially announced results of the presidential election, irrespective of any judicial intervention. If the election is postponed, the closing date will be adjusted accordingly.
