Will the US invoke "Title 42" to authorize the expulsions of immigrants from the US due to disease concerns before 21 June 2025?

Title 42 was invoked during the first Trump administration during the COVID-19 pandemic, but that came to an end in 2023 (CBS News, AP, Federal Register 24 March 2020). Judicial intervention is immaterial. The question will close upon the publication of the invocation, not necessarily the first actual expulsion.
