CJH asks:
How many international visitor arrivals to the US will there be in 2025?
Closing Jan 1, 2026 08:01AM (in 9 months)
As of 27 March 2025, the National Travel and Tourism Office (NTTO) of the US International Trade Administration (ITA) expected international visitation to the US to continue to recover from the COVID-19 pandemic, though the impact of Trump administration policies on international visitation remains to be seen (US International Trade Administration, CBS News, Yahoo [AFP]). The question will be suspended on 31 December 2025 and the outcome determined using data for 2025 as first reported by the NTTO's ADIS/I-94 Visitor Arrivals Monitor (COR) for all of 2024 (Trade.gov). In 2024, total US arrivals were 72,390,321, higher than 2023 but still below the pre-pandemic total of nearly 80 million in 2019.
