Challenges
Trade tensions between the US and China have continued to escalate since the beginning of President Trump's second term (BBC, MSN [Wall Street Journal]). The question will be suspended on 30 June 2025 and the outcome determined using data as reported by the US Census Bureau once data for June 2025 are first reported (Census Bureau). In the second quarter of 2024, the value of US exports to China was $33,901.1 million, or $33.9011 billion.
