Requiring them to search and collect data and formulate a probability based on their research. Most expect the Prescience site to provide all of the research data for them to analyze.
The FARC question settled and it turns out I'm on a team of slugs in the spice dept. The Carbon team have received notice of two clarifications and one question closure.

I like sage as a spice too. Sage has some research tools too, but only about two forecasters.
